A partner requests a seat
A bank or ISO submits the institution from their portal. Valorev provisions it — partners never self-serve a live merchant.
We verify the merchant account
The institution's own merchant ID has to be recorded and verified active before the seat can be created. No verified account, no go-live.
The institution goes live
Their branded page is live at their subdomain the moment it's created, and staff get a one-time link to set their own password.

Card data never touches our servers
The browser sends card details straight to the processor and returns a token. We store the token and the result — never a PAN, never a CVV.
Tenant isolation at the database
Every query is scoped to one tenant by the application layer and again by Postgres row-level security, so one institution's data is unreachable from another's session.
Its own merchant account per institution
Donations settle into that institution's own account. A seat can't go live until its merchant ID is verified active.
No recoverable passwords
Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. New staff get a one-time link and set their own — nothing in the console can display a password.
